Who We Are
Kanyonyore Vocational school(KVS) is a community based tertiary institution with Church of Uganda background, mandated to provide knowledge and skills through hands on training and education in areas of hotel management, hospitality and tourism, Hair dressing and Tailoring. The school corroborates with various hotel and hospitality institutions and other businesses where students exercise their skills gained during their training.
We are an early learning academy focused on social-emotional development and early literacy and numeracy. Our students walk out with the character and confidence to make their mark in the world, equipped with the knowledge and real-world skills that take them way ahead in the industry they may serve.

DIT -Courses
Kanyonyore Vocational School, in partnership with the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) Assessors, is conducting a comprehensive skilling program designed to equip students with market-ready vocational skills. The program covers specialized training in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hotel and Institutional Catering, Hotel and Domestic Housekeeping, Childcare and Elderly Care, Pastry and Bakery, Food and Beverage Service, and Food Production.
Every DIT trainee and participant shares a common passion – excellence in the hospitality and service industry. Upon successful completion, learners are awarded nationally recognized DIT certificates, opening doors to diverse career opportunities both locally and internationally.
